Support & Services
Our on-line support is available during normal working hours 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. We can offer a 24hr Support Service for 24hr Service Providers.
We are also normally available out of hours on our emergency Mobile number but only in emergencies.
On-line support prices start £550.00 per year, which includes same version updates for up to five users.
About
SuperCare3 is now in its 18th Year and we have supplied over 500 copies of SuperCare3 to our customers across the UK. We are a small company operating from our Newton Abbot & Manchester offices. Our Manchester office mainly looks after our larger customers with Multi-Office sites.
The Future
We are now working on a completely new much more powerful program called SuperCare5. The new program is written in Microsoft C# .Net computer language and will run on your office computer or across the internet from anywhere in the world.
Pricing
- From 1st January 2011 we have reduced the price of our software. A yearly support plan and licence will operate and this will dratically reduce the move from other software packages.
- If you were to stop using SuperCare3 in the future, you would still be able to use the program to access your data at no future charges at all.
